Terms and Conditions

Welcome to EarnPath AI. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the EarnPath AI website, mobile applications, account features, AI-assisted tools, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you use EarnPath AI on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify EarnPath AI promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. EarnPath AI services

The Service may help users identify possible income opportunities, organize ideas, create offers and outreach drafts, track customers, income, expenses and goals, and receive AI-assisted guidance. Outputs are generated or organized from information available to the Service and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

4. Your responsibility for decisions

You are responsible for evaluating any suggestion before acting on it. EarnPath AI is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice where necessary and for complying with applicable laws, taxes, registrations, licenses, permits, contracts, and marketplace rules.

5. Free Trial and paid subscriptions

EarnPath AI may offer a Free Trial and paid subscription plans. Current planned pricing is Starter at US$12 per month and Plus at US$25 per month. The price and features displayed at the time of purchase will control. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Paid subscriptions may automatically renew until cancelled, where permitted and disclosed at purchase. Purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are also subject to the applicable store’s billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund rules. Website purchases are subject to the terms presented by the website payment provider.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the platform through which you purchased it. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund an already completed billing period unless required by law or permitted by the applicable payment provider or app store. Any specific refund policy shown during checkout will also apply.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use EarnPath AI to violate the law; commit or facilitate fraud; impersonate another person; distribute malware; interfere with the Service; attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems; scrape or overload the Service in an abusive manner; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; send unlawful spam; or use the Service for other harmful or prohibited activity.

8. User content and data

You retain responsibility for information and content you submit to EarnPath AI. You grant EarnPath AI the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. Do not upload information that you do not have the right to use.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by the EarnPath AI Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information collected, why information is processed, and available account and deletion controls.

10. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your EarnPath AI account using the account deletion page or the available account controls. Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or maintain required financial records.

11. Intellectual property

EarnPath AI and its branding, software, interfaces, designs, and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted through the Service, these Terms do not transfer ownership of EarnPath AI intellectual property to you.

12. Third-party services

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services such as app stores, payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, analytics services, and AI technology providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. EarnPath AI is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

13. Service changes and availability

Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued as the Service develops. EarnPath AI does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability and may perform maintenance or take reasonable action to protect users and systems.

14. Suspension and termination

EarnPath AI may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, users may be given notice or an opportunity to remedy the issue.

15. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. EarnPath AI does not warrant that AI-generated suggestions or other outputs will be accurate, complete, profitable, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EarnPath AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from reliance on business suggestions, lost opportunities, lost profits, loss of data, or third-party conduct. Any limitation applies only to the extent legally enforceable and does not limit liability that applicable law prohibits from being limited.

17. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as EarnPath AI develops or legal requirements change. When material changes are made, the updated effective date will be displayed and additional notice may be provided where required. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

18. Governing law and consumer rights

The governing-law and dispute provisions should be completed using the legal entity and jurisdiction that operates EarnPath AI before commercial launch. Regardless of these Terms, mandatory consumer protections that apply in a user’s country or region remain unaffected.
